Book by 31 December 2026 and hold your event by 31 March 2027.

Extra-small Meeting — Spend £1,000+

Pick 1 perk: Upgraded tea and coffee break, 10,000 Radisson Rewards points, or one complimentary car parking space for the meeting organiser upon availability.

Small Meeting — Spend £5,000+

Pick 2 perks: Upgraded tea and coffee break, accommodation upgrade for 3 rooms, breakfast break, 20,000 Radisson Rewards points, 5 complimentary car parking spaces upon availability, additional 2% cancellation attrition within 14 days of arrival.

Medium Meeting — Spend £20,000+

Pick 3 perks: Upgraded tea and coffee break, 50,000 Radisson Rewards points, accommodation upgrade for up to 5 rooms, breakfast break, 5 complimentary car parking spaces upon availability, complimentary candy or healthy snack (1 serving), additional 2% cancellation attrition within 14 days of arrival, or locally inspired surprise benefit.

Large Meeting — Spend £40,000+

Pick 3 perks: Upgraded tea and coffee break, accommodation upgrade for 7 rooms, 1 break-out room or organiser's office, 100,000 Radisson Rewards points, 5 complimentary car parking spaces upon availability, complimentary drinks reception, additional 2% cancellation attrition within 14 days of arrival, locally inspired surprise benefit, or up to 2 complimentary rooms during site inspection.

Extra-large Meeting — Spend £65,000+

Pick 3 perks: Upgraded tea and coffee break, accommodation upgrade for 10 rooms, 1 break-out room or organiser's office, 150,000 Radisson Rewards points, 5 complimentary car parking spaces upon availability, complimentary drinks reception, additional 2% cancellation attrition within 14 days of arrival, locally inspired surprise benefit, up to 2 complimentary rooms during site inspection, or 15% commission.

Terms & Conditions

  • Eligible bookings can be made either with 1) hotel M&E department, 2) sales person/group desk, 3) third party/agent.
  • When choosing points as an added value, you have to be a member of Radisson Rewards for Bookers and Planners. To have your points allocated you must request them to be assigned by the meeting planner from the hotel for the eligible event.
  • Points will only be applied to qualifying event purchases.
  • This offer is valid only for new booking enquiries made between 01.01.2026 until 31.12.2026, for bookings arriving until 31.03.2027.
  • The complimentary organisers office is for a maximum of up to 10 people and registration desk for up to 2 people and subject to availability at the qualifying hotel. Complimentary breakout/ office for a maximum of 10 people.
