OUR MEETING ROOMS

The Gallery

Our largest conference room at Holmes Hotel London, The Gallery is ideal for conferences, networking events and large meetings for up to 60 guests. The room features an Avocor interactive TV system which combines an integrated, high quality conference camera, stereo speakers and an active, far-field microphone array to create the ideal video collaboration environment. A separate smaller space is also available within The Gallery which is suitable for drinks receptions or smaller meetings away from the main conference room. The Laboratory

The Laboratory is both playful and functional; featuring a 65-inch interactive screen as well as wipeable walls for planning and writing on, it’s the perfect room for brainstorming ideas, meetings and workshops. Decorated with vintage and antique scientific equipment, as well as bespoke artwork inspired by Conan Doyle’s letters and mystery solving artifacts, The Laboratory adds a unique and immersive experience to any meeting. Size: 29.3m2, Boardroom: 14 pax, Dinner: 14 pax

The Conservatory

Featuring a large open skylight to the private courtyard above, The Conservatory is flooded with natural daylight and is the perfect place to host your meeting. With its brick walls, stylish plants and unique lighting design, The Conservatory is a bright and open space ideal for boardroom meetings. Size: 22m2, Boardroom: 10 pax, Reception: 15 pax, Dinner: 10 pax

The Billiard Room

Down in The Billiard Room, our antique wooden meeting table unveils a hidden gem as this can be transformed into a fully fledged billiards table. Featuring unique wallpaper of drawings of extinct animals, this room can be booked out for meetings as well as a breakout space to play pool or snooker. A uniquely playful space, The Billiard Room also features scoreboards and cues as well as an obligatory brandy and whiskey drinks cabinet. The Study

Located on the ground floor, The Study is a beautiful boardroom offering complete privacy and featuring its own entrance, natural daylight and a 65-inch interactive screen. Size: 26.5m2, Boardroom: 13 pax.
