An exclusive venue within Holmes Hotel London, The Residence offers a truly unique and inspiring space to hold meetings, events and special occasions for up to 130 guests.

Comprising 5 creative and versatile spaces that can be booked out separately, The Residence at Holmes has been designed around the ethos and etiquette of the historic townhouses above, whilst also reflecting the playfulness and mystery that surrounds our famous fictional occupant.

Guests have the option of hiring out The Residence as one complete venue for exclusive use, with an additional 5 event spaces within Holmes Hotel available to choose from.  London venues for hire don’t come much better.

Our fully stocked Pantry is at the heart of The Residence, and includes snacks, refreshments, wine fridge and still and sparkling water on tap. Available for use throughout your meeting, or as private hire for your event.
