The Study is a beautiful, intimate events space ideal for a luxury fine dining experience. Offering complete privacy and natural lighting, The Study is available for up to 13 people max dining. The space is located on the ground floor.

Located on our ground floor, The Lounge is the perfect place to get together with friends, family or work colleagues in a relaxed setting. Featuring a fire place, this space is ideal for those chillier London evenings.

An exclusive venue within Holmes Hotel London, The Residence offers a truly unique and inspiring space to hold meetings, events and special occasions for up to 100 guests. Have the option  of hiring out The Residence as one complete venue for exclusive use.

Why not host an intimate gathering on our enchanting Roof Terrace. An idyllic setting for after work drinks or a small weekend get together, this  space is suitable for ten people max dining and is subject to weather. Located on our mezzanine floor.

106 baker st is an all-day bakery and café serving guests freshly baked pastries, salads, sandwiches, cakes & artisanal coffee Monday to Friday. Perfect for unique pop up events, birthdays and celebrations with the use of the outdoor terrace too. Available for receptions for up to 100 guests, or dinners for up to 50 guests.
