Comprising of 5 creative and versatile spaces that can be booked out separately or together, The Residence at Holmes has been designed around the ethos and etiquette of the historic townhouses above, whilst also reflecting the playfulness and mystery that surrounds our famous fictional occupant.

The Residence is well located at Holmes hotel London, in the heart of Marylebone village, minutes from Baker Street Station and easily accessible from Paddington, Euston and Marylebone Stations.

The Pantry

Our Pantry is at the heart of The Residence, and can be fully stocked with snacks, refreshments, wine, and still and sparkling water on tap. Available for use throughout your meeting, or as private hire for your event.

The Gallery

The Gallery is our largest event space, perfect for meetings cabaret style up to 35 people, dinners for up to 45, or receptions up to 60.

The Pantry

A beautiful contemporary pantry with everything you need to host your party or event. Featuring marble cabinets, fully-stocked snack drawers, premium wine fridge and still and sparkling water on tap, The Pantry is a great space on its own, or as part of a combination of rooms to host in.

The Billiard Room

A uniquely playful space, The Billiard Room features an antique dining table which unveils a hidden, fully-fledged billiards table, plus scoreboards, cues, multi-media screen and an obligatory drinks cabinet which can be stocked to your liking.

The Conservatory

Featuring a large open skylight to the private courtyard above, stylish brick walls and quirky art, The Conservatory is flooded with natural daylight, ideal for intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings.

The Laboratory

The Laboratory is super playful, with wipeable walls for writing on, an interactive 65in media screen and lots of quirky artefacts to discover. It’s the ideal space for unique dinners, mini events and workshops. The Laboratory adds a unique and immersive element to any event.

The Cellar

Perfect for private dinners, intimate wine tastings or other smaller events, The Cellar is a warm and cosy panelled room featuring claret red walls and its very own wine cabinet. This space creates an elegant yet informal setting for any private gathering.

The Parlour

The Parlour is flooded with natural daylight, perfect for unique pop up events, birthdays and celebrations with the use of the outdoor terrace too. With direct access via Baker Street, The Parlour can be transformed to accommodate everything from meetings to cocktail receptions.

The Damson Room

The Damson Room is our Private Dining Room, and extension of our 2 AA Rosette restaurant, Kitchen at Holmes.
Ideal for intimate dinners or business lunches for up to 6 guests, The Damson Room also offers its own private courtyard, the perfect private space to enjoy before or after your meal.

The Study

Located on the ground floor, The Study is a beautiful boardroom offering complete privacy and featuring its own entrance and natural daylight.

The Roof Terrace

A real hidden gem, our enchanting Roof Terrace is an idyllic setting for any small gathering. The Roof Terrace is located on the mezzanine level, overlooking the Marylebone mews, and can be set up to your requirements.

Delegate packages

Choose from a half or full day delegate package, or create your own bespoke event from scratch. The choice is yours. All packages include breakout snacks and refreshments, lunch, room hire, Smart TV and a dedicated event planner to ensure everything runs smoothly.
